MAX-ORB-4-T-PRM is the MAX Orbit 4 configuration for multi-orbit WAN deployments that need to combine several satellite terminals and other connections. Four 1G Orbit ports, two 2.5G Multi-Gig Ethernet WAN/LAN ports and a USB 3.0 interface provide connection flexibility for field communications, vessels and remote infrastructure. The two 2.5G ports can be configured as WAN or LAN through Web Admin. Use SpeedFusion technologies including bandwidth bonding, hot failover, smoothing and SpeedFusion Boost to keep traffic moving when a WAN link is impaired. The router supports multiple outbound policy algorithms, WAN link health checks, bandwidth allowance monitoring and configurable WAN-as-LAN operation. Stateful firewall, DoS prevention, web blocking, web content filtering, SpeedFusion VPN, IPsec VPN and remote-user VPN options support controlled network access. Simultaneous dual-band Wi-Fi 6 with 2x2 MU-MIMO can operate as Wi-Fi WAN and/or an access point. The unit also supports Docker with 8GB internal storage and external storage via its USB port, plus AP and switch controller functions. Integrated GPS supports device location mapping, location tracking data and fleet management with InControl 2. For vehicle, vessel and remote deployments, the MAX Orbit 4 has rugged, vibration-tolerant construction, operates from -40° to 65°C and accepts 10V to 30V DC through its 4-pin Micro-Fit connector. It also supports 802.3at Power over Ethernet input. Included items are a 12V DC, 3A 4-pin power supply, two dual-band Wi-Fi antennas and a GPS antenna.
