Cradlepoint R920 Ruggedized Cat 7 LTE Router with Wi-Fi 6 and 5-Year NetCloud Ruggedized IoT Essentials Plan (TAA)

The Ericsson Cradlepoint R920 is a ruggedized LTE networking platform built for fleet vehicles, fixed IoT enclosures and industrial sites. This part number, TAA-TC05-0920-C7A-NN, is the TAA-compliant ordering option for U.S. Federal Government buyers. It pairs the R920 Cat 7 hardware with a 5-year NetCloud Ruggedized IoT Essentials Plan, an AC power supply and antennas. The Essentials package covers NetCloud Manager device management and software updates for the full term, 24x7 support, and a limited lifetime warranty for as long as the subscription stays active. The embedded Cat 7 LTE modem uses 2x2 MIMO and two-carrier aggregation to reach peak rates of 300 Mbps down and 150 Mbps up. Dual 4FF SIM slots support SIM-based auto-carrier selection. The modem covers the major North American LTE bands, including B71 (600 MHz), B14 and B48 CBRS for private cellular networks. It holds AT&T, T-Mobile and Verizon certifications, plus FirstNet Trusted, T-Mobile Connecting Heroes and Verizon Frontline public-safety certifications. For a second LTE or 5G link, add the RX20 managed accessory, which also provides a serial port. On the local side, the R920 offers 2x2 MU-MIMO dual-band Wi-Fi 6 at up to 1.2 Gbps on 5 GHz and two Gigabit Ethernet ports that switch between LAN and WAN. You also get Bluetooth LE 5.1, a screw-lock USB 2.0 port and GPIO. Active GNSS tracks GPS, Galileo, GLONASS, BeiDou and QZSS at the same time, which feeds vehicle location and NetCloud coverage maps.
