Orders are typically processed within 4 business days of order confirmation. Processing time does not include weekends or holidays.
Standard items ship by Free 2-3 Day Shipping (ground service) and arrive in 2-3 business days after dispatch. Heavy items ship by ground and oversized items ship by freight; freight delivery times vary by destination and are confirmed after your order is placed. We do not offer expedited, overnight or next-day delivery.
Shipping is free on standard items. Heavy items carry a heavy-item surcharge and oversized items carry a freight surcharge; any surcharge is shown on the product page and at checkout before you pay.
Tracking information will be provided when available from our distribution partners. Availability of tracking may depend on the selected carrier and shipping method.
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
