At A5 IT, we are committed to providing our customers with high-quality products and exceptional service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 calendar days of the delivery date for a refund or exchange, subject to the terms below.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted only within 30 calendar days of the delivery date.

  • The item must be:

    • In its original, unused condition.

    • In the original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and documentation included.

    • Accompanied by proof of purchase (invoice or receipt).

Non-Returnable Items

  • Software, licenses, or subscriptions once activated or downloaded.

  • Special-order, custom-configured, or built-to-order products.

  • Products damaged, altered, or missing components due to customer handling.

  • Clearance or final-sale items.

Return Process

  1. Contact A5 IT Customer Service at Adam Rogers at [email protected] to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  2. Package the product securely to prevent damage during shipping.

  3. Ship the product using a trackable and insured method to the return address provided by A5 IT.

  4. Once received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange within 7–10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Restocking Fee

  • A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply to certain returns, unless the return is due to an A5 IT error or a defective product.

Exceptions

  • There are no exceptions to the 30-day return window.

  • Returns requested after 30 days from the delivery date will not be accepted under any circumstances.
