The NWC12U2436SFLG is a 12U enclosed wall-mount rack cabinet built for network and industrial equipment that has to survive dust, dirt and dripping liquids. It is the "F" (filtered) configuration of the NWC Series, supplied with a solid door and rear and door Type 12 filters that maintain the UL Type 12 rating and are compatible with the series fan kits. The finish is RAL7035 light gray powder coat, and the cabinet ships in Canada-made, TAA-compliant form for government and regulated procurement.
Construction is 14-gauge welded mild steel with a double-hinged cabinet design (19" rack compatible) that gives dual access to equipment for installation and service. Gasketed doors seal the enclosure, and the cabinet is UL2416 Type 12 rated to a 350 lb (158 kg) load and seismic rated to 200 lb (90.72 kg) dynamic load (Ip = 1.5). It was independently tested to IEC 60529, IP56, for protection against dust ingress and powerful water jets.
Overall dimensions are 31.77 in (807 mm) high x 24.50 in (622 mm) wide x 36.22 in (920 mm) deep, with 12U of usable mounting height (22.00 in / 559 mm) and 30.00 in (762 mm) of maximum equipment depth; rail-to-rail depth is 26.55 in (674 mm). Two pairs of adjustable, EIA-compliant 10-32 tapped mounting rails position equipment front and rear, and a starter hardware pack with SCREW1032-50 screws is included.
NWC12U2436SFLG also meets PCI DSS compliance requirements and is RoHS and REACH compliant, making it suited to edge computing, IDF and plant-floor deployments.
