Its adjustable depth of 12.00 in to 18.00 in (305 mm to 457 mm) and hinged rear section make it suited to IT and telecom installers, structured cabling contractors and facilities teams who need patch panel and switch mounting without committing to a full cabinet.

Construction is 14-gauge mild steel with a 100 lb load rating, finished in RAL9005 black powder coat that is GREENGUARD, TSCA and RoHS compliant. One pair of tapped 10-32 sliding rails is supplied and conforms to EIA-310 mounting, so standard rack-mount hardware lines up consistently across the full 8U of usable space.
