The HDR6UBK is a 6U desktop 2-post open frame rack built for mounting standard 19-inch equipment where a full-size floor rack is not practical. Construction is 16-gauge mild steel with a 195 lb load rating, finished in RAL9005 Black powder coat that is GREENGUARD, TSCA and RoHS compliant. Two 12-gauge steel mounting rails carry tapped 10-32 holes with rack unit markings for repeatable installation, and the rails are angled at 10 degrees once assembled so front-panel controls and indicators stay visible and within reach. Cable tie slots along the sides support tidy cable routing in tight spaces.
Assembled overall dimensions are 12.50 in (318 mm) high, 20.00 in (508 mm) wide and 11.50 in (292 mm) base depth, with an EIA-compliant mounting area of 10.50 in (267 mm) high by 19.00 in (483 mm) wide — 6U of usable rack space. Shipping weight is 4 lbs (1.81 kg).
HDR6UBK uses a self-squaring knock-down design and ships flat packed, so it is easy to transport and quick to assemble on site. The box includes assembly instructions, two rack rails, left and right side angle bases, a base panel, four PVC non-slip feet, and a 25-pack of 10-32 x 0.625 in rack screws (replacement part SCREW1032-25).
