DC4R2436SP is a single solid side panel designed for the 24U DC4R Series 4-post open frame rack. It closes in one side of the open frame, and its adjustable two-piece construction lets it span mounting depths from 24 in to 36 in, matching the adjustable-depth range of the 24U DC4R rack (part DC4R24). It is intended for IT, network and AV installers who want added security and a more finished appearance on an open frame rack without moving equipment into a full enclosure.

The panel is built from mild steel and is supplied painted black textured. It ships as a kit of left-side and right-side panel sections that overlap by 3.97 in (101 mm) so the assembly can be set to the required depth, along with four adjustable side panel mounting brackets and a centre hanging bracket. All mounting hardware is included: eight 10-32 x .75 in screws with washers, eight 3/8-16 x 3/4 cap screws, eight 3/8-16 KEP nuts, two 1/4-20 x 1/2 carriage bolts, two 1/4-20 KEP nuts and eight 0.4 in diameter hole plugs.

Overall panel height is 47.81 in (1214 mm). The right-side section measures 20.25 in (514 mm) and the left-side section 19.62 in (498 mm) in depth, with a maximum set depth of 35.91 in (912 mm) shown in the top view. Shipping weight is 26 lbs (11.79 kg).

DC4R2436SP is TAA compliant, manufactured in Canada, USMCA compliant, and is RoHS and REACH compliant. Order one panel per side; two are required to close in both sides of a 24U DC4R rack.
