DC4RSHCM is a two-piece set of additional horizontal cable manager bars (lacing bars) for the DC4R Series 4-post open frame rack. It is intended for IT and network installers, AV integrators and facilities teams who need more front-to-rear or horizontal cable tie-off points than the single set of two bars supplied with a DC4R rack.

Each bar measures 22.75 in (578 mm) long and is made of mild steel with a painted black thin film finish. The bars are drilled with 0.281 x 1.00 in slots so they can be positioned across the rack frame, giving cable bundles a solid anchor point for hook-and-loop wraps or cable ties. Assembly hardware is included: two 10-32 x 5/8 in screws and two 10-32 KEP nuts, so no separate fastener kit is required to mount the pair.

Because the DC4R open frame design leaves cabling fully exposed for servicing, lacing bars are the primary means of dressing and supporting patch cords, power cords and server cabling. Adding DC4RSHCM sets at multiple heights lets you break long runs into managed sections and keep weight off connectors as equipment density grows.
