The 1425BHLOCK is a set of four heavy duty locking casters for Hammond racks and cabinets, giving IT, AV and facilities teams the ability to roll a loaded enclosure into position and then lock it in place. All four casters in the set include brakes, so the cabinet can be secured from any side without repositioning.

Each caster uses a ball bearing swivel head with a hard composition wheel measuring 3.00 in (76 mm) in diameter and 1.25 in (32 mm) wide, mounted on a plated zinc top plate. The swivel radius is 2.75 in (70 mm), and the casters add 3.81 in (97 mm) to the overall height of the cabinet. The mounting hole pattern measures 1.75 in (44 mm) wide by 3.00 in (76 mm) deep, with 0.39 in (10 mm) diameter holes, and mounting hardware is supplied with the set.

Load capacity is rated at 270 lbs each for a total caster set weight capacity of 1,050 lbs (476 kg), making 1425BHLOCK suited to fully populated racks and heavier equipment cabinets. Shipping weight for the four-piece set is 5.15 lbs (2.34 kg).

Per the series compatibility chart, this caster set fits C4/C4RR, DNRRLDK, SDC, RCK, RCSC and REFK products; on C2/C2RR cabinets the CCST Series is required.
