The 1421100 is a 100-piece rack mounting hardware package containing 100 nickel-plated 10-32 rack screws and 100 nickel-plated steel cup (finishing) washers, supplied in a clamshell pack. It is intended for IT, AV, broadcast and telecommunications installers, OEM rack assemblers and maintenance teams who mount equipment to standard threaded rack rails and want a finished, professional appearance.

Each screw is a 0.625" length machine screw with UNF-2A (10-32) threads, made from heat-treated low-carbon steel to the ANSI B18.6.3 standard with a nickel-plated finish. The oval countersunk head pairs with the matching metal cup washer to create the clean, traditional look used in audio, broadcast, telecommunications and industrial rack installations. A slotted and Phillips combination drive lets technicians install the screws with common hand tools.

The nickel-plated steel cup washers are designed specifically for oval-head screws and distribute tightening force evenly over a larger area, helping reduce the chance of marking equipment faceplates during installation. With 100 screws and 100 washers in one package, the 1421100 suits larger rack deployments as well as ongoing service stock.

The 1421100 ships at 1.2 lbs (0.54 kg) and is manufactured in Canada. It is RoHS compliant, REACH compliant, USMCA compliant and TAA compliant, with ECCN EAR99.
