AVOCENT Care 2-Year Service

Protect operational continuity with AVOCENT Care, a 2-year maintenance service built for environments where response time matters. This plan combines 24x7 phone support with next-business-day replacement, giving IT teams a clear path to restore service fast when hardware issues arise. Electronic and physical support coverage helps simplify incident handling across mixed support needs. For organizations that cannot afford extended downtime, this service adds a practical layer of assurance around critical infrastructure. It is designed to reduce the burden on internal teams by providing direct access to support resources and a replacement process that moves quickly when equipment fails. The result is more predictable recovery, less time spent troubleshooting alone, and stronger continuity for business operations. AVOCENT Care is a fit for teams that value structured support over reactive break-fix handling. It helps preserve service levels, supports faster resolution, and gives procurement a defined support term with clear coverage expectations.
