The Drive OTR Antenna is Wilson's outside antenna for weBoost in-vehicle boosters on large and off-road vehicles. It is an omnidirectional design, so it pulls in signal from the closest tower in any direction while the vehicle is moving. It covers 689-960 MHz and 1710-2700 MHz at 50 Ohm impedance and handles up to 50 W of input power. Installation is flexible. The kit includes 13 in and 18 in mast extensions that set the antenna's height anywhere from 7.5 in to 40 in, so you can trade clearance for range. A 3-way antenna mount fits semi-trucks. Threadlocker keeps the joints tight under vibration. A 16 ft low-loss antenna cable with an SMB-to-SMA male adapter runs the signal back to the booster. Wilson calls this its most durable antenna. The all-weather, all-terrain construction meets U.S. Military 810H and NEMA IP66 standards and resists high wind gusts, rain, snow, heat, dust and dirt. The spring base flexes when it meets low tree branches or strong wind and then returns upright, which matters on logging roads, trails and truck-stop canopies. In a weBoost system, the outside antenna captures the tower signal and the booster amplifies it. An inside antenna then distributes the boosted signal through the cab. The improved low-loss cable helps keep performance up on all carrier networks and devices. This makes the Drive OTR a good upgrade or replacement antenna for over-the-road fleets and overland rigs.
