Preserve rack space where it counts with Vertiv Zero U Access Mounting. In dense infrastructure, 1 U saved is often the difference between a clean layout and a forced compromise. A 0U accessory approach keeps mounting off the active equipment footprint, helping teams maintain usable rack capacity for the systems that matter most. This type of mounting is especially valuable in environments where cable access, serviceability, and rack density all compete for the same real estate. By moving the accessory out of the equipment path, it supports a cleaner installation and a more disciplined rack layout. That translates into easier cable management, better access during changes, and less pressure on the front of the rack. Vertiv designs for the realities of enterprise infrastructure: limited space, high density, and the need for predictable service. Zero U mounting is a practical answer when you want to add function without consuming the rack units reserved for compute, storage, or network gear.
