Give rack equipment a stable, service-friendly platform with the Vertiv VRA3003 sliding shelf. Built in a 1U form factor and rated for up to 200 lbs, it is designed for deployments where standard fixed shelves are too limiting and equipment depth can vary between installs. Depth adjustability matters when you are working across mixed hardware generations, spare appliances, or devices that do not match a single chassis profile. This shelf helps maintain proper support while preserving access for cabling, maintenance, and replacement work. In practical terms, it reduces the compromises that come with forcing equipment onto undersized or poorly matched shelf hardware. For infrastructure teams, this is the kind of accessory that earns its place in the rack. It supports heavier devices with more confidence than lightweight shelves, while the sliding design makes day-to-day service easier in tight spaces. Use it when you need a shelf that adapts to the equipment, not the other way around.
