Power networked endpoints while maintaining Gigabit connectivity across access-layer links. TP-Link Omada TL-SG1210PP combines two IEEE 802.3bt Type 3 PoE++ ports, each capable of supplying up to 60 W, with seven IEEE 802.3at PoE+ ports supplying up to 30 W each. Its 123 W total PoE budget supports mixed powered-device loads such as higher-power access points, fixed IP cameras and VoIP phones without adding separate power injectors at every endpoint. A shared Gigabit RJ45/SFP combo port provides an uplink choice for copper or fiber connectivity. The switch forwards traffic at up to 14.88 Mpps and provides 20 Gb/s switching capacity, matching the requirements of Gigabit endpoint aggregation. Auto-MDI/MDIX removes crossover-cable concerns, while IGMP snooping can constrain multicast traffic to the ports that need it. A 4K MAC address table supports endpoint learning in small access networks. The TL-SG1210PP operates as an unmanaged switch, so connected endpoints can be brought online without switch configuration. Passive cooling eliminates fan noise and moving fan components, making the metal desktop enclosure suitable for offices, reception areas, small equipment rooms and camera-network cabinets. Its two higher-power PoE++ connections distinguish it from standard PoE+ access switches when selected devices require more than 30 W at the port.
