Keep branch, industrial, and remote operations connected when wired service is unavailable or unstable. The Sierra Wireless RV55 brings LTE/HSPA+ cellular access to North America deployments, giving IT teams a practical path for primary connectivity or WAN failover where uptime matters more than bandwidth alone. This model is packaged with 1 year of AirLink Complete, adding support coverage that helps reduce time spent troubleshooting field issues. For distributed environments, that matters: fewer site visits, faster recovery, and a cleaner support path when connectivity problems interrupt operations. The RV55 is a strong fit for organizations that need a cellular gateway with enough resilience to protect critical workflows without overbuying capacity they will not use. Dual-SIM support helps maintain service continuity, while the DC power design suits fixed installations in cabinets, kiosks, and utility enclosures. If you are standardizing remote access across many locations, this gateway offers a focused balance of durability, carrier flexibility, and support coverage.
