SCANTRON INSTKOFAX Kofax Installation Service

Apply Kofax installation work to a Scantron environment where the required service is identified specifically as Kofax installation. This professional service concerns software installation activity rather than shipment of a scanner, cable, mount, or other physical component. INSTKOFAX provides the named service designation for work that calls for Kofax to be installed as part of a Scantron solution. Use this service where Kofax is the software component requiring installation attention within the intended Scantron environment. Installation is a distinct technical stage from operating the software after setup, training users, maintaining attached hardware, or selecting additional software capabilities. The service description focuses on putting the Kofax component in place so that the broader solution can proceed to its configured operating state. The Kofax-specific designation distinguishes this service from general hardware handling and from services associated with unrelated software components. It fits initial solution setup activities in which the Kofax portion must be addressed directly. Technical stakeholders can use the service name to associate the work with Kofax installation rather than with device performance, connectivity, media handling, or physical mounting requirements.
