Keep your headset fleet comfortable, presentable, and ready for daily use. The Poly CS500 leatherette ear cushions are a replacement accessory designed for supported CS500 headsets, helping refresh worn ear pads without replacing the full headset. For organizations that run headsets hard, that matters: comfort affects adoption, and replacement parts help protect the value of the original hardware. Leatherette cushions are a practical choice for shared workspaces, office teams, and contact center environments where headsets see constant use. Replacing worn cushions can improve the feel of the headset, support a cleaner appearance, and help maintain a more consistent user experience across the fleet. It is a small part with a clear operational impact. For procurement and IT teams, this is the kind of accessory that keeps support costs controlled. Instead of retiring a headset because the ear cushions are worn, you can refresh the contact points and extend service life. That makes the CS500 platform easier to maintain and more cost-effective to standardize across users who depend on it every day.
