Protect the value of your headset fleet with a targeted replacement part. The Poly 9C6M5AA left and right earcups are designed for Voyager 80/85 UC headsets, giving IT and support teams a practical way to restore comfort and extend service life when the original earcups show wear. In enterprise deployments, headset wear is inevitable. Earcups take the daily load from long meetings, contact-center shifts, and shared-use environments. Replacing only the worn components helps preserve the original headset investment, reduces downtime, and keeps users comfortable without forcing a full device swap. This accessory is especially useful for organizations that standardize on premium headsets and want maintenance to stay predictable. It supports cleaner lifecycle management, simplifies spare-parts stocking, and helps maintain a consistent experience across teams. For procurement, it is a lower-friction way to protect a higher-value headset platform and avoid unnecessary replacement spend.
