Keep compatible headsets feeling ready for daily use. These Poly CS540 leatherette ear cushions are designed as replacement pads for supported headset deployments, helping restore the comfort and fit users expect from a headset worn throughout the workday. When ear cushions wear down, comfort drops and the headset can feel less secure; replacing them helps maintain a consistent user experience. The leatherette finish is a practical choice for shared workspaces and high-use environments where accessories need to be replaced cleanly and efficiently. Supplied as a 2-piece set, this accessory supports straightforward maintenance for organizations that standardize on the CS540 platform and want to keep headsets in service longer without replacing the full unit. For procurement teams, the value is simple: a low-friction replacement part that helps protect the investment already made in the headset fleet. For end users, it means a more comfortable fit and a headset that feels closer to new. In environments where comfort affects call quality and agent consistency, small accessories like these can make a measurable difference.
