Keep availability visible without adding noise to the workspace. The PLENOM Americas Kuando Busylight UC Alpha presence call alert gives users an immediate visual cue for incoming calls and presence status in Skype4B and Jabber environments. In open offices, support desks, and collaboration zones, that simple signal helps reduce missed calls, limits desk interruptions, and keeps attention where it belongs. Built for unified communications workflows, this accessory is designed to sit where it can be seen quickly and interpreted instantly. It supports a cleaner desk experience than software-only alerts because the status is visible even when the screen is busy, minimized, or out of view. This model is a practical fit for organizations standardizing on UC platforms and looking for a dedicated presence indicator that is easy to deploy and easy to understand. It adds a layer of clarity to daily communication without changing the user’s core calling environment.
