The Panorama C240SP-2SMAJ is a 2 m (6.56 ft) SMA extension cable. The SMA male plug on one end attaches to an SMA female port, such as the antenna port on a router or gateway. The SMA female jack on the other end accepts an SMA male antenna or lead. Together they let you move an antenna to a better position without replacing its cable.
The assembly uses Panorama's CS240 cable, which Panorama specifies for 4G/5G and Wi-Fi installations. It has a 6.1 mm (0.24 in) outer diameter and a loss of no more than 0.38 dB per metre at 2 GHz, so the 2 m length adds about 0.76 dB or less of cable loss at that frequency. Impedance is 50 Ω ± 2 Ω at 1 GHz and 50 Ω ± 4 Ω at 2 GHz. A tin-plated copper braid with at least 93% coverage over bonded aluminium foil gives shielding effectiveness better than -90 dB under IEC 61196-1. The solid copper inner conductor and foam polyethylene dielectric give a velocity factor of 84%.
The black jacket is AlphaGary Megolon S540NS, a low-smoke, flame-retardant TPE. It meets EN45545-2 HL3 and UN ECE R118.03 and is rated for internal and external installations. The cable operates from -40°C to +80°C (-40°F to 176°F). The minimum bend radius is 20 mm (0.78 in) for a one-time bend and 60 mm (2.36 in) for repeated flexing. Panorama's CS240 cable datasheet covers the complete construction.
