Panorama C240N-15SP N-Type Male to SMA Male 15 m CS240 Low-Loss Coaxial Cable

The Panorama Antennas C240N-15SP bridges the two connector types most common in cellular installations. Antennas and bulkheads often use N-type ports, while routers, gateways and modems typically use SMA. With an N male connector at one end and an SMA male at the other, this 15 m (49.2 ft) assembly lets an antenna mounted on a roof, mast or vehicle feed equipment located well away from it. The assembly is built from Panorama's CS240 cable, a 6.1 mm (0.24 in) ultra-low-loss FRZH cable. Loss is no greater than 0.38 dB per metre at 2 GHz. Impedance is 50 Ω ± 2 Ω at 1 GHz and 50 Ω ± 4 Ω at 2 GHz, with an 84% velocity factor. The cable is double screened. Bonded aluminium foil sits under a tin-plated copper braid with no less than 93% wire coverage, for shielding effectiveness better than -90 dB according to IEC 61196-1. Braid resistance is under 16 mΩ per metre. The black AlphaGary Megolon S540NS jacket keeps some flexibility, with a minimum bend radius of 20 mm for a one-time bend and 60 mm for repeated flexing. The cable operates from -40 °C to +80 °C (-40 °F to 176 °F). It is approved to EN45545-2 HL3 and UN ECE R118.03, which supports rail and road-vehicle projects as well as fixed sites.
