Place the projector where the room demands, not where the throw distance forces you. The Optoma BX-CTA18 lens gives integrators a 0.84-1.02:1 throw ratio, enabling large-format images from a shorter distance while preserving installation flexibility. With 1.2x motorized zoom and motorized lens shift memory, it reduces setup time and makes repeatable alignment easier across complex installs. Designed for Optoma ZU1700, ZU1900, and ZU2200 Ultra Bright DuraCore laser projectors, this lens is built for environments where image control matters: rental staging, museums, entertainment venues, and permanent installations. The BX-CTA18 can project images up to 1,000" from 18 m, giving teams the headroom needed for large-scale visual impact. For projects where labor, access, and precision all affect total cost, this lens earns its place. It helps reduce compromise in projector placement, supports cleaner geometry, and gives experienced AV teams the control they expect from a premium optical accessory.
