OPEN TEXT Prime Protect Upgrade for Kazeon, DocSci and LEAP

Move Kazeon, DocSci, and LEAP software environments to the Prime Protect service designation. OPEN TEXT 1000047429 is an enterprise SMS upgrade rather than a hardware product, with scope tied to these three named software families. It provides a defined upgrade path where Prime Protect is the required service designation for the existing software environment. Use this upgrade with deployments operating Kazeon, DocSci, or LEAP software. Its value is its named product-family scope: it addresses three established OpenText software environments under one Prime Protect upgrade designation. That scope helps administrators and service owners identify the applicable upgrade when reviewing coverage associated with installed Kazeon, DocSci, or LEAP products. Prime Protect differentiates this offering from software licenses and physical appliances because it changes the service designation associated with the named environment. The item belongs in an enterprise software maintenance context, not as backup media, endpoint protection capacity, storage, or a separately installed application. Match the upgrade to the applicable Kazeon, DocSci, or LEAP environment and the required Prime Protect service designation.
