OPEN TEXT 1000047480 BI Upgrade to Prime Protect-FY

Move an existing BI entitlement to the Prime Protect-FY designation with this OpenText service upgrade. The order is an entitlement item, so it changes service coverage associated with an eligible BI product rather than adding a physical hardware component. Its purpose is to record the transition from BI coverage to the named Prime Protect-FY level. Use this upgrade where an installed or licensed BI environment has eligibility for the stated transition and the required target coverage is Prime Protect-FY. The title makes the source and destination explicit: BI is the existing coverage context, and Prime Protect-FY is the service designation being ordered. That distinction matters when matching the upgrade to the underlying OpenText product entitlement and its current coverage status. OpenText 1000047480 is specifically an upgrade, not a general software license or a standalone appliance. Keep the service designation attached to the eligible BI product when validating the order. The ordering code and the Prime Protect-FY designation are the decisive identifiers for this item; service scope, support methods, and coverage dates remain governed by the applicable OpenText entitlement terms.
