Build more capable HDMI routing into a compact footprint. The Monoprice Blackbird 2x2 HDMI Matrix lets you send either of two HDMI sources to either of two displays, which is the right architecture when rooms need source switching rather than simple one-to-many distribution. That matrix design gives integrators more control over how content is assigned across displays. Audio extraction adds another layer of flexibility, allowing sound to be routed separately when the display is not the final audio destination. HDMI 2.1 support positions the unit for modern signal chains, while HDCP 2.3 compatibility helps preserve access to protected content. For conference rooms, dual-display workspaces, and AV systems where clean routing matters, this model delivers more control than a basic switcher and avoids the cost and clutter of separate audio and video devices.
