INFRASCALE IBDR Direct Cloud Boot 16 GB Recovery Service

Configure cloud-based recovery capability for Infrascale IBDR Direct with the Cloud Boot option represented by this service. Cloud Boot provides a recovery environment for protected workloads when recovery must be performed away from the original site. The configuration carries a 16 GB RAM allocation, making memory capacity a defined part of the recovery design rather than an unspecified service characteristic. The 16 GB RAM designation matters when matching the Cloud Boot configuration to the workloads expected to run during a recovery event. Memory requirements vary by operating system, application stack, and concurrent workload demand, so recovery planning should account for the resources required by the systems selected for Cloud Boot. This configuration is suited to environments that need the Infrascale IBDR Direct recovery workflow and a stated cloud memory tier. IBDR-DIR-B16-5Y includes a 5-year service term for this Cloud Boot configuration. That term distinguishes it from shorter-duration service selections while retaining the same named Cloud Boot capability and 16 GB RAM designation. Select it when the required Infrascale IBDR Direct recovery configuration calls for Cloud Boot, 16 GB RAM, and five years of service coverage.
