Create Free Business AccountThe 102H is a miniature interstage audio transformer from the 102 Series, coupling a 2000 ohm primary to a 500 ohm center-tapped secondary. It is intended for P.C. board designs where one amplifier stage drives the next through a transformer, including stages that pass some DC through the primary.
The secondary is center tapped, and the series uses a bifilar winding technique on center-tapped units for balanced resistive and capacitive characteristics. Rugged black epoxy potting makes a completely sealed unit. The part mounts with square pins, 0.025 in square typical, and unused connections have no pin. It follows drawing figure 2.
The 102H accepts up to 5.6 mA of primary DC. DC resistance is 341 ohms primary and 62 ohms secondary, +/- 15%. It is rated at 20 mW output with 1.5 dB insertion loss and a -1 dB low frequency roll-off at 310 Hz. Peak working voltage is 100 V.
The part is RoHS and REACH compliant and ships at 0.02 lbs (0.01 kg). For an open-type P.C. mount alternative, the series literature points to the 148 and 149 series.
