The Ericsson Cradlepoint E300 is built for pop-up and temporary locations, branches, stores and clinics that need routing, security and Wi-Fi in a single device. This configuration uses the embedded 5GB low/mid-band modem: 5G FR1 in NSA and SA modes with LTE Advanced Pro Category 20, 4x4 MIMO, dual 2FF SIM slots and peak rates up to 4.14 Gbps downlink and 660 Mbps uplink. Four external 600 MHz to 6 GHz paddle antennas are included, and 5G NR support covers bands including n2, n5, n41, n66, n71, n77 and CBRS n48. On the LAN side, the E300 provides 5 x GbE RJ45 and 1 x 10GbE SFP+, all LAN/WAN switchable, plus dual-band, dual-concurrent 2x2 MU-MIMO Wi-Fi 6 with WPA3 and up to 1,200 Mbps on 5 GHz. It can terminate a wired broadband link with 5G or LTE as failover, or run all-wireless. An MC400 modular modem slot adds a second cellular modem for dual-modem connectivity, and the router can act as a captive modem controller for Ericsson Cradlepoint 5G Wideband Adapters. Rated performance includes 940 Mbps stateful firewall and IPS throughput, 400 Mbps IPsec VPN, 20 concurrent VPN tunnels, 130,000 concurrent TCP sessions, up to 64 VLANs and a typical client count of 50. The 1-year NetCloud Enterprise Branch Essentials plan delivers NetCloud Manager for zero-touch deployment and policy management, software updates, and 24x7 support for the term, with a limited lifetime hardware warranty while a NetCloud subscription remains active. An Advanced plan can be added to Essentials at any time.
