Busylight UC Omega Presence Indicator and Ringer

Make active calls and availability states visible beyond the conferencing or softphone application window. Busylight UC Omega presents presence status as a visible indicator and provides an audible alert for incoming calls, helping reduce interruptions when a user is busy, on a call or unavailable. Its built-in speaker provides eight ringtone choices, including conventional telephone ringing and office-oriented melodies. The indicator works with Busylight software for Microsoft Teams, Skype for Business, Cisco Jabber, Webex, RingCentral, Zoom, Avaya one-X Communicator and Avaya IX Workplace, along with other supported unified communications platforms. Incoming-call alerts ring and flash, while missed-conversation notification is available on supported platforms. Software integration determines which status and notification functions are available with a particular communications client. Busylight 15410 uses an adhesive mount for positioning the indicator where visual status is useful to nearby colleagues or household members. It suits individual desks, shared office areas, reception positions and home workspaces where an on-screen presence state alone is easy to miss. The UC Omega combines three practical functions—presence indication, ringing and notification—in one external device rather than requiring separate visual and audible call-alert accessories.
