Busylight UC Alpha Magnet-Mount Presence Indicator

Make active calls and availability states visible before someone interrupts a colleague. Busylight 15306 provides a magnet-mounted visual presence indicator for UC-enabled workspaces, combining presence signaling, call alerts, and notification functions in one desktop accessory. On supported platforms, it can ring and flash for incoming calls, giving users an audible and visual alert away from the screen. The UC Alpha works with Busylight Software for Microsoft Teams, Skype for Business, Cisco Jabber, Webex, RingCentral, Zoom, Avaya One-X Communicator, and Avaya IX Workplace, along with other supported UC platforms. Platform integration determines which presence states and notifications are available. Some platforms can also provide missed-conversation notification, helping users see that an interaction needs attention after they return to the desk. This model combines its visual indicator with an integrated speaker rather than relying on visual signaling alone. Eight built-in ringtone options include conventional telephone ringing and office-oriented melodies, allowing an incoming-call alert to be heard in addition to being seen. The magnetic mounting arrangement supports placement where the light remains visible to nearby coworkers, whether the workstation is in a home office or a shared office environment.
