Boom ZYGO 5-Year Extended Warranty

Keep Boom ZYGO deployments protected beyond the standard coverage window. This 5-year extended warranty is built for organizations that treat meeting-room reliability as an operational requirement, not an accessory. Conference and collaboration systems are expected to work every day, in every room, with minimal intervention. When a device is part of executive meetings, hybrid collaboration, or customer-facing spaces, repair risk and unplanned replacement costs can create avoidable disruption. An extended warranty helps reduce that exposure by adding a longer support horizon around the hardware investment. This service is a straightforward way to preserve budget predictability and simplify lifecycle planning. Instead of absorbing unexpected service events early in the ownership cycle, teams can align protection with the useful life of the device and maintain a more controlled support posture. Choose this warranty when uptime, room readiness, and procurement discipline matter. It is a practical fit for IT teams standardizing collaboration hardware across multiple spaces and looking for a longer-term protection layer from the original vendor ecosystem.
