BOOM CARE MIDI 5-Year Extended Warranty

BOOM CARE MIDI Extended Warranty adds five years of coverage to BOOM MIDI deployments, giving IT and procurement teams a clearer path for long-term support. It is designed for organizations that want to reduce uncertainty around hardware ownership and keep collaboration systems covered through a defined service period. For environments where collaboration hardware is expected to remain in service for years, warranty extension is a practical way to preserve budget control and avoid reactive support decisions. Instead of treating service coverage as an afterthought, this plan makes it part of the deployment strategy from day one. The value is straightforward: maintain continuity, reduce risk, and keep support terms aligned with the real-world lifespan of the device. For standardized meeting rooms, distributed offices, and executive spaces, that kind of predictability matters. BOOM CARE MIDI helps ensure the installed system remains supported without changing the hardware footprint or complicating the deployment model.
