Sony RM-IP500 Professional PTZ Camera Controller

Operate select Sony PTZ cameras from a purpose-built control surface rather than a software-only interface. The Sony RM-IP500 provides IP-based camera control through a LAN connection, combining a 3-axis joystick with dedicated camera, pan, tilt, zoom, focus and menu controls. A 7-inch touchscreen provides a visual interface for selecting cameras and accessing operational settings during live production. The controller supports multi-camera environments with control for up to 100 compatible Sony PTZ cameras. Assign cameras to groups, recall positions and adjust framing from a single operator position. Physical controls help an operator make repeatable PTZ moves while monitoring a program, presentation or event, without navigating a general-purpose computer desktop. RMIP500/1 fits control rooms, lecture capture systems, houses of worship, corporate studios and event-production spaces using select Sony PTZ camera systems.
