Cover outdoor surveillance areas with a dome camera that combines 5 MP imaging, AI capability and a 2.7-13.5 mm varifocal lens. The variable focal range lets an installer set the scene framing at the camera rather than committing to a single fixed view. As a network camera, it fits IP video deployments where video is carried to compatible recording, management or monitoring infrastructure. The dome format keeps the imaging assembly contained in one outdoor camera housing. VIVOTEK USA FD9380-HTV-V2 belongs to the C-Series and uses the FD9380-HTV model designation. Its combination of 5 MP resolution and a 2.7-13.5 mm lens is the central selection point: choose it where camera placement may require a narrower or wider view during installation. AI capability adds an analytics-focused element to an outdoor network dome, rather than limiting camera selection to image resolution and lens range alone. These attributes suit perimeter-facing entrances, exterior approaches and other outdoor observation positions. Keep the deployment specification centered on the camera's published imaging class, AI capability, outdoor role and varifocal range. The adjustable lens is a concrete distinction when matching camera position to coverage requirements, because the 2.7-13.5 mm range supports framing changes at installation. The V2 suffix belongs to the full ordering code, while FD9380-HTV names the corresponding camera model. Use the full ordering code when selecting this exact VIVOTEK USA camera.
