Expand Backup Exec 11d for Windows Servers SAN Shared Storage Option with a competitive upgrade license structured for government purchasing. START UP GXT EXT BT CB 7X24 is positioned for PC platforms and aligns with Symantec Security License Program: Express, giving procurement teams a defined licensing path rather than a full new purchase. This type of license is useful when an organization already has qualifying software and needs to extend capability while managing budget and compliance requirements. Government pricing helps align acquisition with public-sector buying models, while the competitive upgrade structure supports cost-conscious standardization across existing environments. For teams responsible for backup infrastructure, the value is in preserving continuity of the software stack while adding the SAN shared storage option. That makes it easier to maintain operational consistency, reduce licensing friction, and keep procurement aligned with policy-driven purchasing.
