Protect production uptime with a 1 year maintenance term built for enterprise software environments that cannot afford support gaps. This Vertiv-branded Essential Support offering aligns with Veritas Storage Foundation v.6.0 Enterprise Cluster File System HA/DR, helping teams preserve access to vendor-backed assistance while planning budgets with a fixed annual renewal window. For infrastructure teams running mixed-platform estates, the coverage supports Linux, Solaris, PC, and UltraSPARC deployments tied to the Storage Foundation HA/DR stack. That matters when clustered file system availability and disaster recovery are part of the operating model, not optional extras. A defined 1 year term also makes it easier to standardize procurement cycles and maintain compliance with internal support policies. This is the kind of maintenance purchase that earns its place in the stack: it reduces exposure from expired support, keeps escalation paths open, and helps protect the operational value of the software already in production. For organizations managing higher-value environments, the difference is not just coverage — it is confidence that the platform remains supported when recovery time matters most.
