Veeam V-VDCSBF-V3-SU2YP-U9 Microsoft 365 Foundation 251+ User Upgrade

Apply a cloud licensing upgrade to an eligible Veeam Data Cloud for Microsoft 365 Foundation subscription serving 251 or more users. This entitlement is for an existing Foundation deployment at the stated user threshold, rather than a standalone Foundation subscription. It identifies the upgrade relationship required for organizations already operating the named Microsoft 365 cloud service. V-VDCSBF-V3-SU2YP-U9 maps specifically to Veeam Data Cloud for Microsoft 365 Foundation as the upgrade source and to the 251+ user tier. That scope matters when matching an existing service subscription: the current offering must be Foundation, and the covered population must meet the stated 251-user minimum. The SKU is classified for cloud licensing, with no physical hardware component associated with the entitlement. Use this upgrade code where a current Microsoft 365 Foundation subscription needs the Veeam upgrade path represented by this ordering option. The Foundation source requirement distinguishes it from licensing for a new cloud service subscription, while the 251+ user designation distinguishes it from lower-volume user tiers. Retaining both details when selecting the entitlement helps ensure the upgrade aligns with the current Veeam Data Cloud for Microsoft 365 subscription.
