Record and retain video from up to 8 surveillance channels with a hybrid platform built for TVI, CVI, and AHD camera environments. The recorder supports up to 8 MP recording resolution and H.265 video compression, providing a higher-resolution option for analog HD surveillance systems that need detailed recorded footage without relying on older compression formats. Its hybrid format support makes it suitable where the installed camera estate uses one or more common analog HD signaling standards. Two hard disk positions provide local storage capacity for continuous, scheduled, or event-based recording policies. Storage duration depends on camera count, configured resolution, frame rate, compression settings, and recording schedule, so those settings should be sized around the required retention period. The dual-drive design gives an eight-channel installation more capacity than a single-drive recorder without moving to a larger channel-count platform. UNITED DIGITAL XVR302-08U3 fits security deployments that require an eight-camera recording point rather than an IP-only recording appliance. Select it for installations using compatible TVI, CVI, or AHD cameras and requiring up to 8 MP capture, H.265 compression, and support for two internal hard disks. The combination of eight channels, analog HD format coverage, and dual-disk support distinguishes this recorder within a broader family of surveillance recording platforms.
