The TSC EK430 uses a 4.3-inch WVGA display, Wi-Fi 5 radio support and Google Mobile Services for Android-based workflow applications. Its 4 GB RAM and 64 GB flash configuration provides local capacity for applications, device settings and captured work data. The integrated SE4850 red-laser scan engine supports dedicated barcode capture rather than relying only on the cameras. A 5 MP front-facing camera supports operator-facing image tasks, while the 13 MP rear-facing camera records proof-of-condition, delivery or service images. NFC adds support for tap-based identification and credential workflows. A 3.5 mm earjack permits wired audio accessories where voice prompts or communications are required. EK430-ANLF specifies the configuration with a 6,800 mAh, 24.48 Wh standard battery and hot-swap capability, allowing battery changes without ending active work. The IP65-rated enclosure adds protection against dust and water exposure in warehouse, delivery and field environments.
