HPE Care Pack Foundation Care 4 Year

Keep critical hardware support in place with HPE Care Pack Foundation Care - Extended Service. This 4-year service is designed for the Aruba JX962A hardware appliance and provides 24 x 7 x 4-hour depot exchange coverage with replacement support. For operations teams, that means a defined response model when hardware issues interrupt service, backed by a service depot process that is structured for speed and cost control. The strength of this plan is its balance of coverage and practicality. Around-the-clock support helps reduce exposure outside business hours, while the exchange model keeps the repair path straightforward. The result is less time spent coordinating emergency fixes and more confidence that failed hardware can be moved back into service quickly. It is a strong fit for environments where uptime matters, but where a depot-based service model is preferred over more expensive on-site alternatives. Choose this service when you need long-term protection for installed Aruba hardware and want a support plan that aligns with enterprise maintenance budgets without sacrificing response expectations.
