TELEDYNAMIC YEA-ROOMSENSOR Battery-Powered Bluetooth Occupancy Sensor

Sense occupancy in a shared room without adding a wired power connection. The TELEDYNAMIC YEA-ROOMSENSOR combines battery power and Bluetooth communication in an occupancy sensor intended to place presence sensing at the room itself. This arrangement separates the sensor from outlet availability and avoids making a network cable the prerequisite for putting occupancy sensing where the room needs it. It keeps the sensing function separate from a room display, controller, or conferencing endpoint where those are present. Use the sensor in meeting rooms, huddle spaces, training rooms, and similar shared areas where occupancy status is relevant to room operation. Bluetooth keeps communication in a short-range wireless form, while battery power avoids a local wired-power run. Those two characteristics matter when a sensing location is selected for room coverage but is not adjacent to an electrical outlet or network connection. The sensor can support room-level presence awareness without requiring the sensing position to follow cable routing. Choose this specific sensor when the requirement calls for battery-powered Bluetooth occupancy sensing rather than a cable-dependent sensor. Its stated function is occupancy detection, so selection should focus on the need to detect whether a room is in use. Match the sensor's wireless and power approach to the intended room location, then retain the exact ordering code when documenting the required hardware. This approach keeps the selection centered on occupancy sensing rather than on display, conferencing, or network-endpoint functions.
