The Taoglas Phoenix GSA.8827.A101111 is a wideband cellular I-Bar antenna for telematics, transportation and cellular router or gateway installations where the antenna needs to stay out of sight. The slim 105 x 30 x 7.7mm housing sticks to the inside of a windshield, window or plastic panel with strong 3M double-sided adhesive. The UV-resistant PC/ABS body is designed for glass or plastic surfaces and is not intended for mounting on metal. The ultra-wideband dipole covers 600-6000 MHz with omnidirectional gain across all bands. On the cellular side, that includes 5G NR FR1 bands n71, n77, n78 and n79, plus LTE low-band (Band 71 and Bands 12/13/14/17/29), mid-band (Bands 2/4/25/66) and high-band (Bands 7/30/41/48). It also supports LTE-Advanced, WCDMA, HSPA/HSPA+ and TD-SCDMA. Taoglas publishes efficiency and gain figures in both free space and on glass, with peak gain reaching 7.3 dBi on glass in the 2300-2690 MHz range. The antenna uses 50 Ω impedance, linear polarization, a 2:1 VSWR and a 10 W maximum input power rating. The GSA.8827 is manufactured and tested in a TS16949 first-tier automotive approved facility and has passed full PPAP design, reliability and quality audits. It is rated from -40°C to 85°C and for 95% RH non-condensing humidity. Its cable withstands an 8 kgf pull and the unit passes a 1m drop on concrete across 6 axes. It is RoHS and REACH compliant.
