PAINT-CHARGE-T1-MTE applies a Tier 1 paint-color surcharge to one applicable standard tower or one applicable standard arm. Add one surcharge for every unit receiving the selected Tier 1 color. No minimum lot charge is required.
No. This painting surcharge is for Tier 1 colors other than Safety Blue and Safety Red. Those two safety colors are specifically excluded from the PAINT-CHARGE-T1-MTE charge.
Add one surcharge per applicable unit. A standard tower receiving a Tier 1 color needs one charge, and a standard arm receiving a Tier 1 color needs one charge. Multiple painted units require multiple charges.
