STORAGECRAFT ShadowProtect SP SER VIRT v5.x Maintenance — 3-Pack, 1 Year

Sustain recoverability for critical virtual workloads by adding one year of vendor maintenance for StorageCraft ShadowProtect v5.x, supplied as a 3-license pack for government and education use. This maintenance SKU maps directly to virtual-edition installations and is intended to keep backup software current, supported and auditable across small clusters or multiple host servers. Choose this maintenance when operational continuity matters: it preserves access to StorageCraft’s published updates, security patches and official vendor support channels so your team can focus on restores, validation and compliance rather than chasing fixes. Compared with bare perpetual licenses, this service reduces risk of unsupported firmware/software gaps and shortens time-to-resolution for product defects—justifying the premium when uptime SLAs and regulatory obligations demand predictable vendor accountability. Provision at procurement to align license entitlements across virtual estates and validate eligibility for emergency fixes and product advisories during the 12-month term.
