Source Technologies STM-80-M9920EXP-3 3 Year Exchange Service

Protect ST9920 installations with a 3-year exchange service built for organizations operating outside the continental US. This service is designed for teams that need predictable replacement coverage rather than waiting through extended depot repair timelines. For distributed sites, regional offices, and international deployments, exchange-based support helps keep production schedules intact and reduces the operational burden on local IT staff. By aligning support coverage to the installed device, this service helps procurement teams standardize warranty planning across remote locations while preserving continuity for business-critical output. It is a practical fit for environments where uptime matters, spare inventory is limited, and rapid replacement is more valuable than troubleshooting overhead. The result is a cleaner support model for ST9920 deployments: fewer interruptions, clearer ownership, and a defined service window that supports long-term operational planning. For organizations managing hardware across multiple geographies, this exchange service adds structure to lifecycle support and helps protect the investment already made in the ST9920 platform.
