Organizations with an existing Sophos CISO Advantage entitlement sized for 2,000 to 4,999 users use CISOAU14HDRCAA to renew that tier for 14 months. Select this renewal when the existing CISO Advantage term requires continuation rather than a new subscription. The quantity tier and duration are fixed by this code: it does not change the covered user range or extend the term beyond 14 months. Renewal entitlements require an eligible existing Sophos CISO Advantage subscription and must be associated with the applicable Sophos licensing account.
