Keep four-bay ElectroClave Intel systems in service with a focused 13‑month maintenance engagement tailored for Sarasota Memorial. This custom maintenance SKU covers scheduled preventive support and coordinated service delivery for the specified ElectroClave 4-bay Intel configuration, reducing unplanned downtime and managing lifecycle risk for mission-critical equipment. Procurement receives a mapped scope specific to the client site, simplifying asset management and billing. The offering is designed to integrate with existing facilities and biomedical workflows: it assigns a defined maintenance term, clarifies replacement and repair pathways, and centralizes vendor contact for escalations.
